The BF scale read 23.7 this morning. I've calculated out what it's going to take to reach my BF% goals and I'll need to be around 190 given I slightly build my lean body mass - LBM. I'm going on vacation in November to a warm weather climate so am hoping to hit my goals by then. Also, now that colder weather is coming I'll be hitting the gym/weights again. I'm planning on starting that in October. That should set me up well for a trip to the beach in mid-November. :)
