Thanks for the encouraging words guys. People say I don’t eat enough calories, but I’m not up walking like all of you. I do walk, but not far. I use a wheelchair and walker when out. So, I had waited 2 years for this IF to be okayed. Yay! I actually love it. Seems to already be helping even though the weight tajes tine. Have a gorgeous day!🌷🌻
