Morning, and thank you. It's taking me 4 weeks to lose 5kgs. Still about 20 to go lol.

ok but.. isnt that like dropping ur metabolism alot ? are u exercising ? im asking coz, apparently if u lose weight fast its very easy to gain again when ur metabolism normalises .

But I'm not losing weight fast, on average about 800g a week, sometimes only 500g, so the weight loss is very slow. You only lower your metabolism when you starve yourself, so you should eat when you hungry and not eat because you were taught to eat breakfast, lunch and supper. I find that my breakfast sustains me till about 4 or 5pm, then i will have a small supper and no snacking in between. I'm not exercising at the moment, but will after the next 2 weeks as I use all my spare time to prepare for my upcoming exams. What way of eating do you follow and how is it going?

ohhh ok thx for clarification! i cant "fast" like u do ! those loooong break between meals ? nah, lol. small meals spaced out 2 hourly tend to work best. honestly... my own way. but i have spent alot of time educating myself with nutrition/weight loss. i basically monitor my calorie intake to below 1200, also.. my choice of foods will be filling yet relatively lower in calories. and lastly, i do small bits of exercise daily to boost my metabolism. there r lots other tips i can mention buuuuut that i cud do another time lol

Lol, yes we must do what we have to to beat this weight thing hey. I used to do small meals every 2 hours and yes it does help you lose. I managed to lose 33 kilos with weigh less by eating small meals every 2 hours, but I felt hungry all the time, and was always thinking about food. Whenever cake or nice goodies came my way, I couldnt resist them. But now eating this high fat way, i have no cravings and can watch other's eat burgers and chips and not even feel tempted to have one chip, finally I found something that works. Hope it lasts... I want to wear a white skinny jeans by my birthday in March.
