Down. Fasted 17 hours. I’ ate less than normal calories too . Today I eat my regular amount. Restart the fast tonight. I cannot get enough exercise and my endocrinologist said 1300 calories is a great goal for people like me. I try . I started using using collagen as I gave severe degenerative disc disease. In one week, I’m walking farther and less pain. It’s hood for a host of things. I use Knox unflavored gelatin. Yes, it’s collagen. My skin already looks better. I’m going to be the best me I can ge at my age. Habe a beautiful day!Took Lasix and Potassium.
