OMG. So I've been calorie restriction using intermittent fasting for two weeks. It went SO well. I dropped 13 lbs in 2 weeks. I was 249. Then last week I got a bad sinus infection and for SOME reason I pacify myself by eating. NON. STOP.. So I gained a bunch from last week. But whatever.. half the gain is probably coming right off. I'm back on the wagon today. I'm not stopping! Even if I get a little sidetracked.
