Question but believe I already know the answer but want to confirm if I’m right. Been attempting IF but need my morning Joe even though afterwards I can go for hours without eating. The question is by drinking the am coffee did I break the IF fast. ?
No movement. Disappointed in myself but knowing the cause is even worse. My love for fresh garden tomatoes is hard to resist Attempt justifying due to short season and they are already showing signs of leaves already turning yellow meaning end of season is near Was doing great but with neighbors also giving me tomatoes it’s hard to resist. When attempting to keep carbs at 10% or less - constantly playing with foods Im still at 10% to 14%. My RDI remains in a deficit but looking at those tomatoes i find it hard to resist silly isn’t it then knowing I’m blowing it I’ve had a few potato chips. Talk about swamping my diet is making myself totally frustrated. With no weight loss is even more frustrating

Oh well time to move on
