My husband need to loose 12 kg. I do have him currently on this plan. Only day 3 today.

I've been Banting for three months now, and have lost a total of 18.5 kg's. It has not been difficult at all, as you eat really well and never have cravings. I love this lifestyle and am very passionate about Banting - because it works!!
