Hang in there! The process can be slow, but rewarding! Your calories are a little bit low. Is that your norm? Maybe up the cals for a day or two and trick your body out of this funk? Best of luck!

Hey OLJ, you are so consistent, that drop is coming. I agree with 3d, increase to 1600 cals and see if that makes a difference, but we know your challenges with inflammation. Also are you getting adequate deep sleep and vitamins or micronutrients from meals if you are not a vitamin fan? Sending you love and hugs and wishing you well, and prayers lifted🙏🏽.

@daughterifthekibg-@ daughteroftheking thank you for your support. I did raise it b4 to 1500 calories a day AB’s daybed. My labs did my age are perfect. I do have a pituitary disorder, nib thyroid, and autoimmune thyroid issues. It’s frustrating. I see her Wednesday and hood she can help me figure it out. If I limit my sugar too much, I gain. I eat a little daily, k lose. So weird. I’ll never give up. My motto-Neber give up-Neber stop smiling!💜

Thabk you 3Dkuds2. I appreciate the support. I try to eat about 1300 calories, but don’t always get there. I seldom go over. I have tried that method, and I gained weight. I’ve been working on this almost 3 years, but gained back 14 lbs I had lost. I’ll speak to my endocrinologist and go from there. Thanks!
