Slept 6.2hrs in 2 shifts. mask leak
BM so-so

Day 17 of Optifast. Still no hunger. Just craving variety & crunch.
Spoke with nutritionist who was very helpful. Cleaned 1/3 of my home. Did some needed paperwork.
