After nearly a year off this site I feel like I need the support and accountability to re-start this journey to a healthy, fit and slim size. It's nearly summer here in the Southern Hemisphere so I need to see some immediate results. Baby has started school in the mornings so I will exercise everyday for 1 hour and make sure to keep my calories below 2000. I want to loose more than 10 kgs so I'm aiming for 3 kgs a month until December. Let's get started!
