After nearly a year off this site I feel like I need the support and accountability to re-start this journey to a healthy, fit and slim size.
It's nearly summer here in the Southern Hemisphere so I need to see some immediate results.
Baby has started school in the mornings so I will exercise everyday for 1 hour and make sure to keep my calories below 2000.
I want to loose more than 10 kgs so I'm aiming for 3 kgs a month until December. Let's get started!

Hey I will join you - I started a 3-week-3-kilo challenge: Lots of water No carbs 30min cardio daily Lets see how it goes. I am going to Durbs in 3weeks time and need to be closer to my goal weight (66kg) Currently weighing 72kg :( Good luck to you

Thanks for the support guys! 30 min cardio everyday sounds do-able... Don't know about the no carbs though...
