No loss on the scale, but I was pretty careful with my eating. I am not worried too much. I am enjoying the days with my family! Some of the kids went with me to a lovely beach yesterday and had a nice walk. Love them all so much.
Even with the heat, my hydrangeas are hanging in there! It is staying cool enough in the shadows and a lot of water is keeping the blooms from drying out!
