First recorded weigh-in since birthday and vacation trip home. Scales showed up when I first came back but knew it was likely mostly water and sodium that needed to work it’s way out of my system. I was right! Now that doesn’t mean I didn’t indulge, but I was *decently* conscious about it, felt no guilt about a visit to my favourite fish n chips and still made it to a local lane swim three times during my trip. Overall, felt it was a success and now feeling a little more confident heading into a 2.5 week trip out of the country in September…a little more controlled, a little more fit.
