Slept 5hrs.
BM yes

Day 11 of Optifast Pre-Surgery Liquid protein diet. And final a little BM relief. Still absolutely no hunger. I tried a new flavour I bought at Winners/HomeSense - Skinny Syrup-Coconut flavour. Pretty good.

I could get used to the extra time I have each day, as there is minimal time to make these shakes. No chopping & cooking, not dishes to wash, no left-overs to get in freezer. And it is a snap the keep my FS food journal.

But I miss my favourite food group - Vegetables! I miss the crunch of the raw veggies and the deliciousness of the cooked veggies.
