Big updates: unfortunately, my marriage has broken down, which has led to be having lots of fun and holidays and letting my hair down, but it's not been good for my weight.

I've also started a new job today, so hoping to get back into a routine.

Here we go again!

....I was going to start this message I'm so sorry but reading on you sound like it's given you a sense of freedom....relationships are so all consuming when they are good its a fantastic feeling when they become problematic they are all consuming in a negative way....all the very best to you....filled with happiness 😁
