Gained again! But I was not surprised. Walking around the fair made my legs very swollen. Didn't sleep long enough for the swelling to go much at all. So they were very swollen even this morning.

Went to the fair a little bit earlier today. Ate poorly. 3 corn on the cob, 1 corndog, 1/2 cup of chocolate ice cream and deep fried cauliflower and zucchini. Not much protein in that mess.

Walked around quite a bit but still didn't reach my goals. AGAIN. Drank lots of water tho.

Going backwards fast!!

Hummingbird. Activities 3:44=.01 Vigorous 3:43 Moderate. 7289 Steps. -1155 Calorie Deficit. 2108 Calorie Burn. New goal=September 6, 2015. 1.78 lbs per week.
