Well Frank and I are not exactly on speaking terms. I was not going to put my weight in today but that is not the commitment I made. I know that it is just the flux of my weight but darn it my color will change back to green. Oh well I know I am doing what I should be doing and this is going to happen from time to time. I must Stay the Course. Right? I am so close to my first goal I can smell it. But this is a way of life and I will have to deal with the weight flux like everyone else. I am going to keep on truckin'. I hope you all have a good and successful day. I am going to be busy at work and that is a good thing. The day goes really fast. Talk to you later.
