My friend and I had a girls overnight vacay in San Diego. So I let myself enjoy a few alcoholic drinks and some good food. I had 1/2 of a yummy pina colada, 2 skinny spicy margaritas, vodka martini, and a non alcoholic beer. Plus some coconut water, cheetos, French fries, tortilla chips/guacamole/salsa, etc. We did walk around a lot in Coronado and we enjoyed the beach. I gained 3 lbs. Oh did I get sunburned!🙄 Now, I am working on trying to lose these 3 lbs by detoxing, cleansing, fasting, drinking water, no alcohol (blah), counting my calories strictly… back to normal.👍🏻😁 But it was fun. It’s okay to enjoy life!
