Lost my drive but gaining back with more knowledge from YouTube videos. Goals: walk a mile everyday. Gym or with Dunkin or pack walk. Stop overeating! I can have large proportions of healthy food. Not 1400 calories of pasta in one go. Fruit and veggies. After pet sitting have a smoothie and go to gym every morning. Keep learning food ideas under 500 calories.
