212.8lbs. .2lb loss in twenty-four days.
Weighed myself twice, and it was the same both times.
Been mostly active around the house, except for the eight days that my wife was gone.
Gave up on posting last months meal photos, but trying to keep the current ones in line so I can see where I'm goofing up.
Credit for the loss/maintaining goes to the effort on being at least a little active around the house, sensible breakfasts & lunches. Portion control during supper is still a difficult challenge.
Bedtime snacks of ice cream as well as summer time cocktails certainly aren't helping either.
Weekly food fests at my Mom's trying to put lbs on her challenge my own efforts for loss, but are a necessary cost in my battle.
Hoping for higher losses as the summer progresses!.
Never stop fighting till the fight is done!
