200 gram upwards fluctuation - this is still fairly within the normal range for me so for now nothing to worry about. its always disappointing to see the number go up but its not something to think about yet.

guessing there is just lots off food "in processing" in my system. i had a quest bar yesterday which is packed with fiber so it is probably just some water retention.

i finished the day slightly higher than i'd have liked at over 1.200 calories and 14 net carbs. still fairly low compared to most people.

the other variation in my eating yesterday was that i went to a mixer here at work and ended up eating some nuts - so the salt might have caused the bump for me.
