Sugar reading is good some days and then not so much others. Weird. I eat 2 eggs, sliced cheese and sliced ham for breakfast and at 12:00 I test. If I wake up late and eat after 10:00 reading is in 7 upwards. Rodney says just stick to testing at same time for 2 weeks. Then we’ll test 2 hours after food at night? It’s not easy but my carbs are much lower than 60 and I’m loosing weight. My appetite is much less especially at dinner time
