Dianna, Your body thinks you're going into starvation so it is shutting down your metabolism. Calories this low will slow your weight loss. Bare minimum number of calories should be around 1200 - but I think it time for us to talk by phone again. (Smile) I'm glad you're ready to get started towards good health! Love ya, Kathy

You also just lost a couple of days ago. You may wake up tomorrow 2 pounds lighter. We don't lose every day. Think about your weekly progress. If you are losing a pound or two weekly, you are doing fine. Heck, as long as that scale is doing down, you are doing fine. We all lose at different rates based on many factors (age, gender, genetics, activity levels, sodium levels, etc.).
