It always amazes me how much water weight I lose initially when I get back on my low carb lifestyle. I fell totally off my low carb in June and have lost a lot of fluid in the last 2 days. I just have to stick to it. this next month is going to be a challenge. I leave the 29th for about a month to help my oldest friend (more like my sister) go sort her Dad's estate. It is going to be physically and emotionally challenging , but I am going to do my best to make healthy choices. She is trying to lose weight herself, so hopefully we can be support for each other.
