so apparently somehow within 2 days I managed to gain 1 kilo... that seems unusual to me.

Tom could be it, but still it seems strange to me. I hope whatever it is that it's just a temporary blip. will give it another week and see where that goes.

can't help but feel only slightly worried. ..
I did have a sinful food weekend - not carbs but just ate a lot of food in general.

so now it's Monday and it's time to kick my own ass :-) clean eating this week, calories to stay in check and be mindful of salt and my number one weakness. .. nuts!

I'm one month away from a mini holiday and 4 months from a big one... time for some serious healthy eating and less treats!

Hormones do that to me all the time. Exercise, medication, inflammation, too much sodium, too many carbs, sickness, stress, lack of sleep, etc. and many other factors can cause our weight wweight to shift and mask our losses. Just stick with it and stay hydrated. It will work itself out.
