Andrea - let me think.....well, USUALLY I have a salad with grilled chicken for "breakfast" and 12 oz of water. Today I had cabbage, slim fast, and an LA lite before I went in -- I was up earlier than normal, plus our 2 shih tzu had grooming appts. hmmmm, I didn't get "business" done before leaving either...
Helcha and ready: For weighing in once a week -- that'd be NICE!!!!! But how do you keep from getting weighed every time you go in?????
And any of you heard about the on-line program they are going to start up with? First month is free, then its $15 a month. I haven't seen it, but can't imagine it being worth THAT, and they won't have a neat support group like there is here!!!!!!
