Day started great with a loss. I think maybe the cereal idea is a good one. Along with the coconut oil. Went to the dentist. I now have all my fillings done. Only the partial is left. I have to wait a few more weeks for the one side to heal a more. They said the whole process with take until the middle/end of October!

Walked 100 rounds on the walkway. Walked 20 rounds at the school. Listened to music again and had a much more vigorous workout. Ate chips again. Messed up. Mom bought avocados and I felt bad so I ate one. Lots of calories. Fat. But not carbs. Armband says that my Average is 2.64 lbs. per week. And at this rate I could reach my goal by Sunday April 26. 74 days early. Of course tomorrow I will have gained again and throw the whole thing off again. Back tracking.

I made my burn and more today. Also more than my 10,000 step goal. I will work on reaching my burn everyday and the step goal. Concentrate on it more.
