Lost 1 pound this week (1.4 actually, but who's counting). This week, my diet (the Venus Index Diet) changes a little, and I will have two "eat up" days, rather than one. Eat up is where you eat to your maximum intake allowed (for me 1731 calories), as opposed to the other days, where I stay at my minimum (1000). I'm worried that I won't lose any weight this week, since I'll have an extra day of eating up. We'll see where this adventure takes me!.....
