Not exactly the fluctuation I was looking for or expecting to be honest. Woke up feeling much "slimmer" today so I was a bit surprised by this.

But then I remembered that its PMS time, I had a salty dinner, and I think my stomach is still in the middle of processing the massive and salty dinner I had. So all those factors together then it all makes sense.

Not particularly worried as this is such a small fluctuation + I feel good.

The best thing to be done now is just carry on :)

Good for you for having a great attitude! You can actually lose fat and see a gain on the scale from water rentention. So you may be slimmer but maybe something is causing your body to hold a little water. it WILL come off. Stay hydrated and keep going.

Thanks for the extra positive vibes! My weigh in's can change drastically even depending on the time I weigh in - so I take everything the scale tells me with a grain of salt. This morning as expected it dropped back again - so it was most likely just a salt issue :)
