Not exactly the fluctuation I was looking for or expecting to be honest. Woke up feeling much "slimmer" today so I was a bit surprised by this.
But then I remembered that its PMS time, I had a salty dinner, and I think my stomach is still in the middle of processing the massive and salty dinner I had. So all those factors together then it all makes sense.
Not particularly worried as this is such a small fluctuation + I feel good.
The best thing to be done now is just carry on :)
