Missed my walk yesterday, early am apt with Heidi. Got it today though. Very humid even at 7am. The scale said 185!! Oh boy! Ate almost a whole egg at one sitting yesterday, still trying to get in all the protein, that's what's hard. I try to drink all the water too, another chore! I get most of it in. Hooks tomorrow. :)

what type of diet are you using to lose the weight? Is it Low Carb High Protein, or Low Carb, High Fat, or you just doing your own thing? Let us know your plan and someone on Fatsecret will respond to help you out.

Thanks, C67241, it is mostly high protein, low carb; I had RNY on July 1st.
