Food doesn't have to be the enemy. I'm sure your son-in-law will be putting a lot of love into his food and that counts. Love counts.

The veggies had a lot of nutrients, but the "fried" kind of ruined some of that, but all in all not too bad. You actually did okay under the circumstances!
