In a holding pattern. My sister here for a visit for 5 days, didn’t go crazy w food. Yay. The day my sister left my mom had a stroke, so been at the hospital since Tues, trying to eat reasonably ( choices here not great) she is doing ok, thankfully, already so much better. She can walk w assistance. Will take her home today and then trips for outpatient rehab. So have been out of my eating routine, hopefully I won’t go off the rails.
