Lots of water weight and extra food and snacks- crazy how much the body can fluctuate in a matter of days!! Been a little annoyed & stressed at work and definitely slacking with my choices !! A good few days and I’ll be right back!! Enjoying life and not being discouraged!! Keep pushing
