Now tell the truth, did you check your weight at all throughout the week? I have SUCH a hard time staying away from that scale now. Take my advice and don't get in the habit of it. It's a pain in the rear of a habit to break!

I agree positive attitude is the key to making this work. Some weeks I will lose 2 and then none the next and then all of a sudden I lose 10 out of seemingly nowhere. I hope the next weigh in is much better!

I was actually a good girl! I didn't check the scale at all... not for lack of wanting to, but because my husband shut the spare room door (which is where we keep the scale), and wouldn't let either of us go in there!

I agree, I would be happier with a more even weight loss, however, my body does what it wants! As long as it's not gaining weight, I'll agree to play along. Although... I do think some of my weight was poop... I know.. TMI... LOL
