Down 1 pound! I was hoping for 2 pounds, but I am certainly happy with losing a pound when the alternative is either not losing anything, or even gaining!
Also, my starting weight isnt very accurate. I didn't weigh myself when I signed up. I just guessed. I had just had a friend in town visiting for a few days and we ate lots of good food. So I'm fairly confident that I weighed 166-167 by the time I signed up. But we will use 165 as my official starting point anyways...because anything above that is scary to me. ;)
I'm going to make those heavenly chocolate WW muffins this afternoon. You know the ones...the devil's food cake and canned pumpkin ones. They're only 1 point a piece I believe. My whole family loves them. You cant even taste the pumpkin. Yummo.
