seen a slight bump up but I'm also having really bad stomach aches at the moment and totally bloated.

since other than a bit of a baking binge my eating hasn't significantly changed so I'm wondering if something else might be causing the random gain.

just hoping it goes down soon and that my stomach feels better.

so not doing well with my challenge!
but at least my eating has been clean.

I did have half an Atkins bar yesterday which I think might be the cause of my agony.
