I've been on the 2-day Take Off, and now 2 days into the 5-day Follow Up. And at WI today, I was DOWN!!!! I'm VERY excited as I've been in a 2-week plateau....

But then I had a dentist app't....couple fillings. UGH!!! So I'm behind in everything.... And do NOT want to stay up late enough to get it all in either!!!!

How's everyone else doing?

hey Laura, with the FU, i know what you told me in the private message.... do i still eat as normal according to my allowances, but just keep in mind those things you said to avoid?
