Today is day 7 of the GM Cleanse diet and I'm going STRONG! 7 pounds in 6 days is awesome! I'm sure a lot of it is water... but who cares! It's great!

I went blueberry picking yesterday & produced about 4 cups of berries (everything was mostly picked already). I promptly turned that 4 cups of berries into homemade preserves. I estimated about 1 tablespoon of sugary preserves went into my mouth yesterday while tasting that the concoction was worth canning. That is my ONE cheat for the entire diet. Almost harmless I think. One tablespoon of blueberry preserves for my 35th birthday. LOL

I'm excited that I'll be done with this restrictive diet today. I'm also motivated to keep losing weight. I imagine I'll put back on a pound or two of water loss next week. However, my goal is the eat clean, eat healthy and only eat one meal of unrestricted foods in the next 7 days. It'll be Thursday night, when I celebrate my 35th and my hubby's 41st bday together.
