I feel like a ninja; Light, supple and agile at this weight!
(Like a sports car instead of Lexus LS300)
Amazing how just 10 to 15 Lbs makes so much difference.
At my age, it's so much easier on my joints and back. :)
AND I can ride further on my electric assisted bicycle.
(I Just installed a 500 watt geared motor kit on my 2000
"Marin Bear Valley" 27 speed bike).

My fear when younger was that I'd become a skinny old man.
Instead I feel and think I look: lean and fit.
So, I'm happy. :)
