well bootcamp is over for a few weeks. But I've started a diet. They call it the diebetic diet. My grandmother lost 100lbs on it when she was diagnosed with diebetes. So I am going to try it for a few week. And I'm also going to do the 50's. 50 situps, 50 jumpin jacks, 50 pushups, 50 bicep curls, 50 lunges, 50 squats, 50 T-lifts, 50 flybacks, 50 butt kicks, 50 high knees, you name it i'm gonna try to do it!
