So not such a great weigh in this morning... Seen a pretty "big" fluctuation upwards, not quite sure the cause. Could have been just too much peanutbutter yesterday since I did have a bit of a binge.
That and I also feel a bit like there is a lot being processed in my body right now...
I'm sure it will eventually drop back down so will just keep well hydrated today and try to eat clean and light.
Its also finally friday and its been a long week... as it stands I can barely keep my eyes open. Mentally and physically I am just pretty exhausted right now.
