I have fallen off the wagon, or maybe even lost the wagon... It started off with emotional eating while waiting for my biopsy results and then just snacking while away on business in Swaziland with my hubby, also drinking cocktails which I have never done before, I know some of this is water weight from travelling but no more excuses, it is time to get on track and back to regular exercising. I have been doing this for long enough to not make these mistakes. I can and will get back on track😊

Try not to be too hard on yourself. Your progress is exceptional, your meals inspirational. You're still within your goal weight, so accept the break, feel bad if that helps settle negative emotions. Reset and reposition yourself. You are 👌
