Normal fluctuation, nothing really significant to note weight wise.

TOM impact so far seems to be fairly minimal this month, PMS was much harsher. The only thing I have noticed is my will power is practically at zero and my ability to eat has increased.

Last two days IF'ing has gone not super well. I've closed my eating windows slightly later and eating generally "too much".

calorie count most likely over 1400-1500 which I think is the higher end for me.

But the weekend is here and my one golden rule is to relax and enjoy weekends as long as I keep my net carbs in check.
