didn't exactly " diet this week". I didn't log calories, I didn't drink lots of water, and I sure as hell didn't exercise. yet I'm going down. I still ate moderately, I normally eat about 1-2 meals per day. I think the key is moderation. we'll see if trend continues into next week.
