getting on the scale this morning was a nice and plesant experience... its not every day that one gets to say that.

minor drop vs yesterday - just the usual fluctuation and not really much to pay attention to.

TOM is getting closer, PMS is still kicking my butt... food cravings galore! Looking forward to everything hitting normal again.

Made another souffle last night... I cannot believe I spent this long living my low carb lifestyle and have not dared to make this sooner. So simple but so good! I make it with just egg whites, splenda, cacao powder and a dash of vanilla - pop in the oven and pull out in 10 minutes... easier it cannot be! And a seriously low carb option as well. Its fantastic. I have to make sure not to eat too much or else i'll get sick of the taste.

Might try a cheese variation soon :)

no problem! I actually based it on this: http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/2012/10/low-carb-raspberry-souffle-w-molten.html I just changed it up a bit but used this as the base of what I made. Three days worth of souffles - so addicted!
