Had been hoping for a loss, was good all week but it’s as my birthday weekend so I’m guessing the 2 slices of pizza, half a fresh cream cake and Prosecco did not help. So long as it’s not a gain I can live with that
Super motivated today - home broccoli soup for lunch and 2x weetabix for breakfast. Waked 2 miles this morning - let’s see if can do the same this evening 🚷
