Ahhh, under 200 for the first time in many years! Lovin it! It's only July 24th,,,just 3 WEEKS from RNY, and down 22 pounds from surgery day weight of 219. (down from 253 highest weight) I really have been trying to get in some walking, at stores, around the outside of the hospital the other day, and this morning, me and B walked to the end of the street and back. A lot for me, miss sit-on-the-bum-all-day. Gonna try to make that more of a habit. Dr. H in one week on July 31. See you then... :D

Yahoo my friend I am so happy for you.. I bet you had a big smile on your face when you looked at the scale.. Its feels so good not to have to scared of what the scale will say. So proud and happy for you.
