WOOOOOHOOOO! OVER THE HUMP!!!!!! That's right, I'm down 5.2 lbs since Sunday, normally I would find this to be alarming, so much so soon. BUT, I am cleansing and the insanely frequent trips to the bathroom (just #1 lol) are proof that it was much needed to achieve this. I checked and moved the scale 3 times before I accepted that number. I feel so great about it, I was just STUCK above 180 for so long, months and months just STUCK...finally!!! I was taking today as a rest day and slept in before work but now I'm definitely motivated to get in a good workout tonight, I am pumped, no complacency allowed! YESSSSSSS!!!!!!!! I had set my goal at 10lbs for this challenge but maybe I should shoot for 15, that would easily get me back down to my lowest weight since my early 20s! Challenge accepted!
In other news, since I'm on a zucchini kick I made grilled zucchini mini-pizzas last night (instead of going out to dinner with the hubby) with turkey bacon, turkey sausage, and parm cheese...DELICIOUS! I highly recommend, I had 6 minis and it was around 330 cals with the sauce I had on hand. Oh zucchini, how I love you!!!
