Thanks CrystalJo74. If I did not take the pictures I would be terrible at recording everything I ate. Trying so hard to make it to 80 lb loss, but it has been a struggle. I am on a slow downward swing now, I think I may make it to 266 before a May 18 Dr. appointment, and that is my current mini-goal.
