Super proud of myself. I've been taking a "break" from the "diet mindset" and just leading a normal life for the last two months or so. I've been working out daily as per usual but I've been enjoying food a bit more.
Still trying to maintain a healthy diet but I've been eating a Ice cream or chocolate or even bread when I feel like it. I've been doing pizza or burgers on a Friday night.
And I've been avoiding the scale.
Yes I've gain 1.3kg. but I was expecting far worse.
Time to get back on the horse from next week. Tracking calories burnt vs calories eaten. Trying to get my heart rate up with some cycling or jogging.
Meal prep every night.
It's time.

@Mandyduplessis nee trust my. Kos se baas... Vir seker nie. Ek sal heel dag vas om vanaand n kit kat te eet. Maar ek werk daai chocolate of cup cake in🤣🤣🤣 Ek het nou lank genoeg slap gelê. Tyd om die werk in te sit. Hierdie somer gaan ek met n ice cream en dip op die strand sit... Sonder n hemp aan🙈 Watch my...🤣🤣🤣
