Weight steady even though my net carbs were high yesterday (about 70 or so). I had a Charms Blow Pop last night. Didn't realize it was 17 g carbs. I mean, I knew it was sugary, but dang! It's okay at my level, but I want to make sure I do not trigger my sweet tooth because that will lead to wanting Coca-cola and I am NOT going back there. Plus, sugar is just so bad for my body. When we went to the grocery store I thought the box of donuts looked good. I guess the Blow Pop was a compromise. But I want to figure out why I'm thinking this junk looks "good" all of a sudden. Maybe I should add some more fruit back - having an apple seemed to help with any cravings before, too. I think I need to go back to making some Raw Food desserts - the Madrid dates are super-sweet and not too bad of a carb count for the level I am at.
